Please help in identyfication for kind of thermoisolation

Hello everyone,
could someone help me to make a identification of some kind of thermoisolation (I think) which I found inside the house under wall panels on the betong walls and ceilng . It looks like some kind of wood chips with cement

This kind of isolation can include a asbest?

May rot if exposed to heavy moisture, but under normal contitons, they performe well.
